These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game GlamUp Girls (the "App"), provided by Bilal Köse ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is suitable for a general audience including children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms and provide consent before you use the App. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use, including any in-app purchases.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: cheating or exploiting bugs, disrupting the service, attempting unauthorized access, or using the App for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access for violations.
Looks and outfits you create are primarily stored on your device and, for signed-in players, in your cloud save. You are responsible for content you create within the App.
The App may show ads (see the Privacy Policy). Ads can be removed via an in-app purchase, and VIP players see no ads.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms; the "Effective date" will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Bilal Köse ("biz") tarafından sunulan GlamUp Girls mobil oyununun ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama, çocuklar dâhil genel kitleye uygundur. Ülkenizdeki dijital rıza yaşının altındaysanız, Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bir ebeveyn veya veli bu Koşulları incelemeli, kabul etmeli ve onay vermelidir. Ebeveynler, uygulama-içi satın almalar dâhil çocuğun kullanımını denetlemekten sorumludur.
Size, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz: hile yapmak veya hatalardan yararlanmak, hizmeti aksatmak, yetkisiz erişime çalışmak ya da Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak dâhil. İhlal hâlinde erişimi sınırlayabilir veya askıya alabiliriz.
Oluşturduğunuz görünümler ve kombinler öncelikle cihazınızda, giriş yapan oyuncularda ise bulut kaydınızda saklanır. Uygulama içinde oluşturduğunuz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.
Uygulama reklam gösterebilir (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Reklamlar uygulama-içi satın alma ile kaldırılabilir; VIP oyuncular reklam görmez.
Uygulamanın özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz. Uygulamayı erişilebilir tutmayı hedefleriz ancak kesintisiz hizmet garanti etmeyiz.
Uygulamayı dilediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşullar ihlal edilirse erişimi askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz.
Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Uygulamanın hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
İlgili yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, zorunlu tüketici haklarınız dâhil yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
Bu Koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkede sahip olabileceğiniz zorunlu tüketici koruma haklarına halel gelmeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
Bu Koşulları revize edebiliriz; "Yürürlük tarihi" buna göre değişir. Değişiklik sonrası kullanımın sürmesi kabul anlamına gelir.
